We try to hold all popular configurations of scope, or at least have them on order. We have over 250 variations of scopes, so it is not possible for us to hold everything on the shelf. Please contact us and we can advise if we have the scope you are looking for already on order, or we can order it in specially for you. To order or reserve a scope, we request a 20% deposit and the balance prior to dispatch.

All scopes are hand built by the factory to our order. Production time can vary dependant on how busy the factory is and can take between 6 to 12 weeks from when we place the order. Please note, we have a minimum quantity per order we can place, and usually place a purchase order twice a month.

We appreciate you wanting March to sponsor you! The support we receive from our customers over our products means a great deal to us. We strive to dispatch all orders by 3 pm on a working day received. Any received after this will be dispatched the following working day. However sometimes it is not possible for us to dispatch the day received, you will be notified with tracking details as soon as the order has been dispatched. We only use couriers for delivery due to mail being unreliable. Whilst we use next-day delivery for domestic deliveries, we cannot ensure delivery is the next day due to circumstances beyond our control with the courier. Certain parts of the UK are also on a 2-day service. Please note, we dispatch Monday to Friday and are closed over the weekend.

March Scopes are 100% Hand Built in Japan by Craftsmen with over 40 years of experience. Each Scope contains more than 150 parts which are all made in Japan with absolute precision and quality. The Scope you purchase will have been inspected twenty times by our expert craftsmen, including recoil test up to one thousand times the force of gravity before it leaves our factory. We are proud of our quality; March Scopes are virtually repair-free. Nevertheless, should you require any maintenance or servicing, March Service Center with highly skilled engineers will be happy to assist you. As of Jan 2020, scopes purchased previous to this will also enjoy the new warranty term.

March Scopes Unswerving Warranty
(A) Warranty Terms – No warranty card needed – No receipt required – No need for registration – Warranty is automatically and fully transferable to future owners of the Scope – If a manufacturing problem caused the defect, DEON will repair the scope for no additional cost to the owner even after the Warranty has expired. (all cases determined by the Manufacturer) Warranty is 10 years beginning on the date the Scope is manufactured, managed by the serial number on the Scope. Electronic components are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of manufacturing. Upon presentation of a receipt the warranty period may be extended to cover the full warranty period, beginning on the original purchase date of the Scope.
(B) Warranty Content
1) If the repair is a Warranty case (all cases determined by the Manufacturer) : If the Scope has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged through appropriate use as per manufacturer’s instructions, March Service Center will carry out a warranty repair at no charge. In the event that the range of products is changed, we reserve the right to repair defective instruments or to replace them with those of equal value.
2) If the repair is not subject to the Warranty (all cases determined by the Manufacturer): You will receive a cost estimate for the service/repair by e-mail from March Service Center. No repairs will be performed until we have authorization.

Our website recognises the country in which you are located and either adds or removes UK VAT where applicable. If your IP is routed via another country which may affect the prices you are seeing, VAT will either be added or removed during the check

We supply all information relating to customs clearance to the courier. Import duties and taxes if applicable would be paid by you direct to the courier at the time of import. Duty and taxes are subject to your countries rates. We cannot advise these. If you need to check, please contact your local customs office.

We ship to all countries except for Russia, North Korea, Iran, and countries that are sanctioned by UK law.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product / order size and will be advised during the checkout process before you complete the order!

Most items we sell do not require a UK export licence for us to ship from the UK. Items such as stocks and magazines do however. Any item requiring a UK export licence is noted within the product description. We can apply for the export licence on your behalf. The process usually takes around 6 to 10 weeks. Before we can apply for an export licence you will need to check if you require an import permit to import it into your country. If you do, get the permit first and supply us with a copy. Then we can apply for the licence. If the item does not, we can apply for the licence upon receiving your order. We would require a form signed by yourself for the application. We do not charge for an export licence. The time it takes to receive a licence depends on how busy the governing body is. We cannot speed up the process, we cannot offer updates, and we cannot chase the application.
